That’s right, we’re excited to announce that the 2026 Case and Rules are now available – two weeks early!

This year’s case before the International Criminal Court, The Prosecutor v. Droganna Syrax, Situation in The State of Essuss, deals with the war crime of impeding delivery of essential medical aid, whether a sitting Head of State can be tried by the Court, and whether a case should be dismissed due to irregular means of a Defendant’s rendition.
